Approach

Vietnam sourcing process, fees, and case work

One place to see how we work with overseas buyers — from the first brief to warehouse checks — without a crowded menu of separate tabs.

Six steps from brief to shipment

Brief & scope

You share product category, specs, target MOQ, destination, and timeline. We confirm scope and what we can deliver in the first week.

Supplier shortlist

We screen factories/traders, check capability and references, and send a shortlist with notes — not a public supplier dump.

Samples & negotiation

We coordinate samples, revise against your feedback, and negotiate price/payment terms in Vietnamese on your behalf.

Order follow-through

Once you place an order, we track production milestones and flag delays before they become shipment problems.

Warehouse inspection & counting

Before cargo leaves, we visit the shipper warehouse, count cartons, check packing lists, and send a photo report.

Export & handoff

We support documents, freight coordination, and status updates until your shipment is on the way to the destination market.

Fees

How engagement is priced

Commercial terms are agreed in writing before work starts. You pay for vetted matching and on-ground representation — not a public supplier list.

Project fee

Fixed scope for a defined task — e.g. one warehouse inspection, one supplier shortlist round, or a sample trip package.

Retainer

Monthly engagement for ongoing sourcing, factory follow-ups, and negotiation when you buy repeatedly from Vietnam.

Success / order-linked

For selected sourcing programs, part of the fee may be linked to confirmed orders. Exact terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

Travel outside Ho Chi Minh City / nearby industrial zones may include documented expenses.
